One Day Yoga Rereats At The Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen
Come and immerse yourself in Nature: your own and that of our earth on one of our seasonal yoga day retreats.
We run delicious days down at the Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen, where you can unwind, relax, and nourish yourselves with yoga, meditation, organic seasonal food, nature walks and a deeper connection to yourself.
A typical day consists of:
10.30 Meet, Greet and Introduction
11.00am -12.30 Yoga , breathing practices, meditation, mindfulness
12.30 - 2.00pm Delicious Food cooked by the Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen: vegetarian, gluten free and only natural unprocessed foods used.
2.00pm-3.00pm - Silent meditation walks around the private woods of Bates `Green Farm
3.00pm-3.30pm - Yoga Nidra, Relaxations and last thoughts.

Join Us for a wonderful yoga and sound healing journey.
Immerse yourself in the movements of yoga, and the silence of your being at one of our yoga days.
Enjoy an incredible organic, vegeatarian treat, or lunch, outside in nature ( weather permitting) or inside.
And after lie back and bathe in the healing sound waves of the gongs and the crystal bowls. These healing sound waves allow your brain to relax into the alpha - dominant or theta dominant brainwave state. As a result you will feel calmer, happier, and less anxious after a session

Yoga and Swimming
Join us in the summer months for a morning of yoga, outside in the beautiful gardens of Bakehouse in Alfriston.
After our yoga , meditation and mindfulness practice, you will be treated to some healthy snacks and smoothies.
Then cool off in the outdoor pool, swim, sunbathe and generally relax and enjoy the summer vibes.
