My journey into yoga began with a debilitating back injury that led me to my first class. From that very first breath, something awakened within me. It felt like coming home.

Three years later, I began my British Wheel of Yoga teacher training, started teaching in 2006, and founded Luna Rhythms Yoga in 2007.

As I deepened my study of yoga, I became curious about the spiritual traditions of my own ancestors. That path led me to 13 years of study and practice in earth-based ritual and ceremony, honouring nature, the seasons, and the Wheel of the Year.

Through these experiences, I discovered deep connections between yoga and ancestral wisdom. Luna Rhythms Yoga was born from this meeting point — a practice that honours breath, body, spirit, and the sacred rhythms of the natural world.

What is Luna Rhythms Yoga?

Luna Rhythms Yoga blends the wisdom of yoga with lunar living, seasonal rhythms, and a deep connection to nature.

Created in 2007, it is a practice rooted in classical and tantric yoga, enriched by ceremony, ritual, breath, and mindful movement. It offers a way to live and practise in harmony with the cycles of the moon, the earth, and your own inner rhythm.

At its core, Luna Rhythms Yoga is about connection — to body, mind, spirit, and the natural world. It is a gentle call to slow down, listen deeply, and live with more balance, intention, and reverence.
