East Sussex · Midlife & beyond
Come back to your wild human nature.
Ancient movement, embodied strength, free voice and natural wisdom—shared with laughter, curiosity and no pressure to perform.
Your body is not a problem to fix.
It is a living landscape—intelligent, adaptable and longing for variety.
Modern life asks us to sit still, stay quiet and disconnect. The Wild Human Practice offers another way: joyful movement, natural strength, honest expression and the warmth of being together. Especially for those of us in our fifties, sixties and beyond.
Freedom in your body
Build useful strength, mobility and coordination through spirals, swings, rhythm and whole-body patterns.
Curiosity over performance
Explore unusual tools and ancient practices with patience, humour and permission to learn at your own pace.
Freedom in your voice
Release the pressure to sound “right”. Breathe, hum, tone and sing together—gently, courageously and with joy.
Belonging and nature
Reconnect with the seasons, the moon, shared food, the living earth and the simple sacredness of gathering.

Our movement palette
Ancient tools. Modern understanding. A playful spirit.

Our signature East Sussex gathering
Move. Swing. Sing.
A gorgeous, effective 2–3 hour workshop for bodies that want more life—not more punishment.
We begin by arriving and sensing. We awaken the joints, explore flowing tools and functional movement, open the breath and voice, then gather for nourishing food and refreshments. No previous experience, flexibility or singing confidence is needed.
“We are not here to fight ageing. We are here to remain fully alive within it.”
