Full Moon In Pisces ~Align With Trust To Your Inner Landscape

We are living in really intense times, with existential threats coming at us from all angles. With the dawning of AI threatening to be a billion times more intelligent than us in ten years time, and all the implications of this, to the threat of climate change and wars there is a lot for our senses to be dealing with.

Never has there been a more significant time for us to be connected to nature, and to modalities that support our inner landscape. If we can nurture peace and wellbeing during these changing, immense times, then we are going to be able to connect to actions that support the wellbeing, and ultimate survival of our species. It is a time to be FULLY awake, and to step up, that is for sure. How you may wander? Well for me its to delve deeper and with a daily commitment, to meditation, gratitude practices, physical movement, breath work and conscious food choices that work best for my body.

This full moon, let us celebrate and give gratitude for anything no matter how big or small. Gratitude practices are powerful tools for cultivating positive mindsets and improving overall well-being. They can help shift a focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant in our lives. The frequency of abundance, the feeling tone of this, is one of the most transformational energies we can harness within us, if we want to elevate are inner wealth .

There are many ways we can actively connect to gratitude, and the feeling it brings, so this full moon, if you haven’t already, why not start and end your day with a gratitude meditation. Astrologically, the full moon represents a culmination or climax in a particular area of life. It can be a time when the energy is heightened, and emotions and intentions can be more pronounced. It’s also a perfect time for reflection and illumination of what has been hidden or needs to be addressed.

Pisces’ influence can heighten spiritual awareness and connection, making it an ideal time for meditation, prayer, or exploring spiritual practices.

It is always best to address this type of inner reflection when one is balanced and grounded, so I always recommend practicing grounding techniques, breath work and meditations that support this connection.

With the moon in Pisces, which is physically associated with the feet, then why not try these:

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

  • Description: Embody the mountain energy. The legs and feet as the base of the mountain, rooted grounded into the earth.. The torso as the breath and width of the mountain,open and broad. The head as the peak of the mounatin tall and reaching the the sky

  • Focus: Engages the feet to create stability, which helps with alignment and posture.

Vrksasana (Tree Pose)

  • Description: A balancing pose where one foot is rooted on the ground while the other foot is placed on the inner thigh or calf.

  • Focus: Strengthens the feet and ankles, improving balance and stability.

    Foot Exercises

  • Toe Curls: Curl and spread your toes while seated or standing to strengthen the muscles of the feet.

  • Foot Rolls: Use a tennis ball or foam roller to massage the soles of your feet, enhancing circulation and relieving tension.

    Foot Stretching

  • Toe Touches: While seated, extend one leg and reach towards your toes to stretch the foot and hamstring.

The breath of descent is also an amazing, grounding breath, that brings stillness and great balance to the mind, body and spirit. You can find this in my video I did on Facebook here:

As things intensify out in the world, so must the disciplines we have that support, strengthen and support us, also be of utmost importance. Together we can do this.

Let’s be fully awake, so we can be in a position to be of service, as we go through these times of change, and may we be able to to this from a place of love, compassion, balance, patience and forgiveness.
